Best Steaks: Bone's Restaurant

Staff Pick

When it comes to steaks, sexy and sleek contemporary digs are all well and good, but there's something to be said about old-school steakhouses that have the marks of a boys' club. BONE'S RESTAURANT is that place: loads of wood, men downing a scotch at the bar after a long day of work, seasoned servers in dapper jackets – but the steaks here are the real draw. The experienced kitchen churns out thick cuts of prime beef that are expertly cooked and always juicy thanks to a proper resting period. Notable steaks, such as the bone-in dry-aged New York strip, are extremely flavorful and even better with a glass of wine from the stellar list.
