WATERSHED is, and has been for the past several years, the final word in Sunday brunch. Airy, light-filled and baby-friendly, the dining room hosts families who gather over massive ham steaks and banana fritters with molten, custardy cores. Its an excellent place to take friends and relatives from other regions for a genuine Southern breakfast. The pimiento cheese and extravagantly rich and creamy grits might send you right into a backyard hammock for the rest of the day, but no finer brunch can be had anywhere in the city. Period.
