903 Peachtree St. 404-875-7013 http://www.andaluzbar.com Although we think Gladys Parada could expand her menu considerably to include some kinkier offerings, we love this nuevo tapas bar with its biomorphic red lamps, its bullring mural and its Wednesday-night flamenco performances. Unlike most tapas bars in this city, Andaluz takes its inspiration from the authentic tapas cuisine of southern Spain. You can have manchego cheese and serrano ham. We love the chorizos poached in wine and the grilled asparagus.
Screw the cheesy pickup lines, if you're looking to strike up a conversation beyond the cost of your meal, buy Antoinette a drink (opt for Jameson) or leave your digits on the receipt (and a big tip couldn't hurt).
