A few years ago, there’s no way a vegetarian restaurant would consistently be cited as an overall favorite among Atlanta foodies and critics. But David Sweeney at DYNAMIC DISH has changed all that. The tiny Edgewood Avenue restaurant serves some of the city’s most flavorful, inventive food — it just happens to be meat-free. The soups, salads and sandwiches burst with the bounty of the season; Sweeney uses only the freshest, most seasonal produce he can find. He’s a wiz at unexpected pestos and spreads, such as English pea and almond pâté, respectively.
