Black History Month Parade 

When: Sat., Feb. 25, 2 p.m. 2012
Atlanta will become the birthplace of what aims to be the largest Black History Month celebration in America on Sat., Feb. 25, when the inaugural Black History Month Parade kicks off at the corner of Auburn and Peachtree Center avenues at 2 p.m. Join Rep. Cynthia McKinney, DJ Greg Street of V-103, David Militello of “America’s Got Talent,” and other celebrities, civic groups, nonprofits, and entertainers as they observe and honor the culture, heritage, history, and accomplishments of black Americans across the nation and around the world.
