Step inside the heart of the kitchen at BLT Steak on Saturday, January 22, as distinguished chef de cuisine Jean-Luc Mongodin hosts the downtown steakhouse’s inaugural interactive cooking and wine pairing class. From 2 to 4 p.m., Mongodin will lead the group through the preparation and plating of three signature dishes as guests sample three classic French wine varietals perfectly paired by sommelier Dorine Buche and Mongodin.
