Inspired by David Chang’s Momofuku Ssam Bar, chef Drew Van Leuvan’s bo ssam meal series — featuring pork belly as the main ingredient on Sept. 13 — will be presented in a family-style setting that serves four. There will be suggested wine pairings from bar manager Kevin Bragg, as well. Reservations recommended through Seven Lamps website or by phone.
