Bonobo, the on-stage persona for London-based producer/DJ Simon Green, crafts a dense and heady mix of bass, samples and rhythms that combine elements of hip-hop with French soundtrack qualities. His latest album, Black Sands, is a sophisticated take on his laid-back vision of jazz and electro music from the future. Los Angeles-based abstract beat maker, TOKiMONSTA (née Jennifer Lee) opens.
