The Boucherie Dinner Series at BLT Steak Atlanta continues with Pork Week (August 18-24). This “pig out” menu includes: Porchetta di Testa with parsley salad and toasted country break; Guanciale Tortellini with fig, arugula and pecorino; Grilled Pork Chop with braised pork belly, sweet potato puree and cherry jus. Finish the night with our famous Maple Bacon Doughnuts! Boucherie menus can be enjoyed a la carte or as a three-course prix fixe, with selections in appetizers, main entrées, side items and desserts for $80 per person.
