Butcher Boot Camp 

When: Sat., Nov. 2, 10 a.m.-1 p.m., Sat., Nov. 9, 10 a.m.-1 p.m. and Sat., Nov. 16, 10 a.m.-1 p.m. 2013
Price: $375
Each three-hour class covers hands-on butchering skills and techniques. The class includes beer from the Beer Growler in Avondale Estates and lunch. Attendees get to take home their hand-cut meats after each class.
