The Grammy-nominated Lost Bayou Ramblers, founded by brothers Louis and Andre Michot in 1999, has helped spur a resurgence of Cajun music. Singing primarily in Cajun French, the band plays a highly danceable mix of traditional Cajun music along with Western swing and rockabilly. Free intermediate Cajun dance lesson 6:30-7:15 pm; Free beginners’ Cajun dance lesson 7:15-8 pm. $17/$8 students. Authentic Cajun food for sale and cash bar.
