Join Preserving Place Saturday, February 1 from 1 p.m. – 5 p.m. as they host a Canning 101 class for beginner canners. For $95, attendees will learn the true art of canning and are able to take home a jar of each of what was made in class. The goal of this class is for participants to leave with the confidence that they are able to can safely on their own at home, with both vinegar-based pickled foods and sugar based fruit foods.
