Combining politics, savage satire, musical parody, and wickedly filthy spoonerisms (some office holder or other is usually said to put “soap in our holes†— yes, just swap the S and the H), the Capitol Steps return to the Rialto Center for the Arts to lambast the most prominent people of every party. The Steps, who claim to “put the mock in democracy,†are sure to have something offensive to sing about a politician you admire … unless you dislike the entire profession, in which case this razor-edged revue is gonna be your thing.
