This class is all about peas, as Chef Willix demonstrates how to prepare Sweet Pea Salad with pea shoots, soft boiled egg and local bacon, clams with peas, fava beans and cava, and roast spring lamb with smashed peas, mint and lemon aioli. The event costs $55 and includes wine tastings sponsored by Sherlock’s Wine Merchant and a chance to win door prizes provided by Bella Cucina Artful Foods and Cabot Cheese.
