Big Tex in Decatur is hosting a very special Christmas beer dinner, featuring beer pairings from Bell’s Brewery, Inc. out of Kalamazoo, Mich. Big Tex’s own, chef Rick Watson, will be presenting a bountiful dinner, pairing dishes specially created for this event, with a selection of Bell’s outstanding products.
