Atkins Park Tavern is keeping the kitchen open on Christmas. Beginning at 5 p.m., a dinner priced at $20 for adults, $15 for young adults and $8 for kids under 10 years old will be offered. Start the meal off with pimento cheese, deviled eggs and pickled beets. Main courses include deep fried Creole turkey breast and spiral glazed ham along with squash casserole with cracker topping, herbed bread stuffing, sweet potato soufflé, green beans, cranberry orange relish and rolls.
