Voyager on Peachtree Creek
BRAVE DAVE: What a great way to bring to light the issues that we face with our watershed in Atlanta. This grabs your soul far more than a bunch of city engineers, neighbors and politicians arguing in a room together.
– Scott Ryan
BRAIN DRAIN: And we wonder why our SAT scores are dropping? Heck, if our elected officials are this stupid, just think how dumb our kids are!
Let's foreclose on the Gold Dome
WAH WAH WAH: Whatever happened to personal responsibility? I am sick and tired of people borrowing money and then not paying it back, then crying foul. Simply pay it back...if I am not mistaken, you signed on the dotted line...you got the $!
WOW: Here comes another savings and loan style bailout. Remember back when half a billion seemed like a lot of money?
– Victor Jones
COMIC-CON: I enjoyed your article on Dragon*Con, but wanted to point out that Comic-Con has always embraced a variety of popular arts in addition to comic books.
In fact, any review of our original program books would show covers that featured three circles of art that highlighted Comic-Con's focus.
Those circles included comic books, film and science fiction. In fact, the second year of Comic-Con we welcomed Frank Capra as a special guest.
Again, great article, and hopefully one day I can make it out to Dragon*Con. I've heard great things about it.
QUIT ECO-HATIN': Economics is not the only reason people invest in renewables. Ask yourself a question, what are the economics of a Rolex as compared to a Timex? ...
Perhaps Skystream in this neighborhood will act as a reminder for everyone else that drives by to go down to Lowe's and buy some Mini Twist Compact Fluorescent Bulbs. That way they can be part of the solution rather than complaining.
– Andy Kruse
ENVIRONMENTALLY UNFRIENDLY: Why do you [Andy Kruse] characterize people who disagree with you as complainers? Why do you think that I'm not part of the solution? It's going to take a lot more than buying compact fluorescents to solve the energy and environmental issues that our planet faces.
Your rhetoric is kind of pathetic.
