Not since The Incredible Hulk has anyone gotten as much mileage out of getting angry as comedian LEWIS BLACK. His "Back in Black" segments on "The Daily Show" – which, remarkably, date back to 1996, when Craig Kilborn hosted the Comedy Central show – have made Black synonymous with eye-popping, spittle-flying indignation.
