Cooking Light’s signature event series, Light Up The Night, kicks off in Atlanta with chef Hugh Acheson at his acclaimed Empire State South. The exclusive culinary experience includes a cocktail hour with hors d’oeuvres and a 5-course dinner prepared by Acheson showcasing the bold flavors and signature light approach of Cooking Light cuisine.
In honor of this culinary event, a donation is being made to Cooking Light’s featured charity FoodCorps.
