An exhibition of vivid portraits by Atlanta-based artist and SCAD graduate Karen Shacham. Her series showcases the multiple experiences that inform how queer couples live in the United States with terms like "gay" and "lesbian" most often used within political and social constructs. With gay marriage being legal in only five states, queer couples balance their committed relationships within a system of inequality. In conjunction with Atlanta Celebrates Photography.
