Congressman and Civil Rights icon John Lewis will deliver the keynote, Fri., Aug. 30, 8 p.m., Schwartz Center for Performing Arts at Emory. A cool new event for this yeat is art|DBF, a program celebrating culture and the arts, presents an “After Dark” street party with pop-up performances by Staibdance, the Atlanta Opera, Wabi Sabi, 7 Stages, and Serenbe Playhouse, plus a video installation presented by FLUX Projects (Sat., Aug. 31, 7-9 p.m. Decatur Plaza, E.
