While the restaurant has received acclaim for the regional dishes from the scratch kitchen, Sprig also boasts an impressive bar led by veteran bar keep and owner Daniel Morrison. On Wednesday, April 27, Sprig hosts a Don Julio Tequila tasting and cocktail crafting course at 6:00 p.m. Guests will have the chance to enter their cocktail for a drink feature with their name during the month of May at Sprig. The event is complimentary, however, space is limited.
