Atlanta artist Don Cooper's solo exhibition takes Cooper’s ritualistic and meditative paintings of time and space to a larger scale and introduces new surfaces and media. The watercolors are on 37-inch-by-54-inch handmade Indian paper painted with pigment made from stones such as jade, turquoise and lapis lazuli. The paintings reflect concepts such as "the theory of everything" and visually bear a resemblance to the recent mathematical structure E8.
