Highlights include anise-scented duck confit with pickled ramps, chili braised veal cheeks with potato galette, cumin salmis and white asparagus fricassee and warm bitter chocolate molten with cardamom ice cream. The specialty menu is $60 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. A wine pairing option is also available for $35 per person.
