Public Art Master Plan by the Atlanta City Council

"If adhered to and developed properly, the new plan will give local artists more opportunities to enhance public spaces throughout the city. The plan provides for the maintenance of our city's collection of over 150 public art works with an increase in the Percent for Arts Program. Also, the Metropolitan Public Art Coalition, incorporated this year as a nonprofit organization advocating for artist rights in the urban environment and the proper stewardship of the commissioning and conservation of public art.
