Even though one of Atlanta’s proudest radio institutions has been neutered, WRAS-FM (88.5) still knows how to throw a good party. Expo 88: A Stereo Odyssey Event, formerly WRAS Fest, celebrates a local legacy 44 years long with some of Atlanta’s finest musical talent. Psych-folk outfit Little Tybee heads the bill, with an impressive undercard of Warehouse, Del Venicci, Shampoo, Dot.s, and Fantasy Guys filling out the rest of the lineup. Little Tybee has already spent half a decade etching its name on the local landscape with an ever-changing sound grounded in pastoral harmonies, intricate guitar work, and dizzying song structures.
