Fermentation on Wheels

Join the Homestead Atlanta at the Wrecking Bar for a free fermentation workshop on a bus presented by Tara Whitsitt of Fermentation on Wheels. She’ll discuss starter cultures, including sourdough starter, kefir, and kombucha. Attendees may bring cultures of their own for exchange and discussion as well as bring an empty jar and take a culture home from the workshop. Tara will also teach and prepare a wild ferment with seasonal Atlanta ingredients. If you would like to take home a culture, bring a $1 donation.
