See & Do - Food: Midtown Restaurant Week August 21 2009

Mon., Aug. 31

Putting the kibosh, albeit temporarily, on gripes about how elite and pricey Midtown restaurants can be, the fourth annual MIDTOWN RESTAURANT WEEK allows patrons to munch for less. For the bargain price of $25, restaurant-goers get a prix-fixe three-course meal consisting of an appetizer, an entree and a delightful dessert at such eateries as Repast, Top Flr and 4th & Swift. The best deals in town are at Beleza and the Real Chow Baby, with the same tab for four courses, and Figo and the Flying Biscuit, which charge $25 for two people. Through Sept. 6. See website for participating locations. www.atlrestaurantweek.com.
