BLT Steak Atlanta continues its Boucherie Dinner series this month with Fowl Week. Between Monday, Aug. 20 and Sunday, Aug. 26, Chef Cyrille Holota will offer a special menu, available prix fixe or a la carte, featuring different ways of serving and preparing fowl. The series focuses on incorporating parts of the whole animal into a unique dining experience. The dinner costs $65 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. For an additional $25, guests will receive wine pairings by sommelier Dorine Buche. The Boucherie Dinner series will continue through October with weeks highlighting venison and pork.
