Buddhist teachings explain that our suffering comes about due to uncontrolled and painful states of mind known as delusions. Each week we will focus on how to deal with a particular delusion, among them, desirous attachment, anger, deluded pride, jealousy, miserliness, and low self esteem.
Learning practical methods to reduce the power of these delusions will allow us to experience a deep and satisfying emotional freedom, and give us the skill to be the person we wish to be – positive, joyful, confident and loving. Everyone welcome.
