Following the “Meatless Mondays” movement that started in New York by Iron Chef Mario Batali, Chef Gould will bring the movement to the south by featuring this vegetarian option every Monday. Selections from Canoe’s own vegetable garden as well as other herbaceous items from local farms will be on the constantly changing menu.
