This shellacked pufferfish was purchased at a surf shop in Panama City Beach, Fla. Let’s hope its toxic organs were handled with care, since its ovaries and liver make a lethal meal for predators. Currently a ceiling decoration, the pointy pufferfish is destined to become a lamp to accent its owners’ Polynesian tiki bar.
