VH1's hit reality series, "Flavor of Love" -- the TV show that followed hip-hop hype man Flavor Flav on his quest to find love from a pool of bachelorettes -- is gearing up for a brand-new season. So we decided to ask former "Flavor" cast member, actor and Atlanta native Jefandi Cato for her thoughts on what the show has in store the second time around.
What advice would you pass along to the bachelorettes starring on the new season of "F.O.L.?"
Run, bitches, run! No, if I had to give advice, I'd say, "Always be you." I can't say that enough. Even if you aren't giving it up for the ratings and trying to make the show like [former cast member] New York, just be yourself -- whether you're liked or not.
What should the ladies on the show take from the experience?
Take everything with this experience with a grain of salt. Like, don't think all the girls [on the show] are cool. Most of the girls are probably crazy! I felt bamboozled a little because I got along with some of the girls, but eventually they showed their true colors. I won't mention any names (Pumpkin), but I had a little altercation with one of my girls who is not my girl anymore, so that's where that's coming from.
What have you been up to since you left the show?
I acted in a play a few months ago called Speak to Me Lord at the 14th Street Playhouse and it was wonderful. We did two shows per night for a weekend, and the last night was sold out. After that was over, I worked on a film called The Yellow Wallpaper and, fascinating enough, I was not an actress on this film -- I was a production assistant. And let me tell you, it was some hard-ass work. But I loved it.
Congrats, Marshall! Now, where can we buy this? Oh... http://theartbehindthetape.com/info/
What's more important? Girth or length?
JR, why you feel so fucking entitled to tell artists just what they should and…
Great story... I love Sean's books. I have both! I like his art too...
