MARTA Atlanta's public transit system could be better. But inside the Perimeter, it can get you to and from class -- and at least to most clubs. The rail and bus service extends to Agnes Scott, the Art Institute of Atlanta, Clark Atlanta, Emory, Georgia Tech, Georgia State, Morehouse, Oglethorpe, Spelman and many other schools. There's even the University Pass Program for students at participating universities -- $40 a month for unlimited rides. STINGERETTE SHUTTLE Free transportation for Georgia Tech students, faculty and staff into the late hours of the night anywhere on Tech's extended campus. Try to keep yourself in check, though -- the driver will toss troublemakers to the curb.
