It's time for the next installment of South City Kitchen Vinings' Linger & Learn series. South City Kitchen Vinings will tempt you to linger among a sampling of some of the finest craft beers. Learn from chefs how to make bacon and slow-smoked pork BBQ ribs. Guests will nibble on bacon-wrapped chicken livers, bananas with peanuts and honey, shrimp and scallops; slow-smoked pork BBQ ribs with apple slaw and more.
