Lone ranger

Though largely recognized for leading Wilco, the American rock band known for memorable albums such as 2002's Yankee Hotel Foxtrot, JEFF TWEEDY's songwriting legacy goes back two decades to when, as a member of Uncle Tupelo, he helped popularize the alt-country movement. He's been doing solo acoustic shows for the past several months, and comes to the Tabernacle on Mon., JAN. 29, to promote Sunken Treasure: Live in the Pacific Northwest, a new performance DVD. Expect songs from his considerable catalog, as well as cuts unavailable on record. $25. 8 p.m. 152 Luckie St. 404-659-9022. www.livenation.com.
