Jason Rager at H&F makes his Manhattans with 110 proof, 4-year-old, single-barrel Willett rye. Cinnamon-heavy Cocchi Vermouth di Torino and dashes of Angostura and Regan's bitters smooth out the whiskey's formidable flavor. Garnished with a housemade cherry, this cocktail was recently crowned king in CL's 2013 Atlanta Manhattan Smackdown. $10.50.
