Serpas True Food will bring Louisiana to Atlanta with Mardi Gras madness, offering food, drinks and decor. Executive chef Scott Serpas will serve traditional favorites from his hometown of New Orleans for $10 each, including seafood gumbo, crawfish pie, red beans and rice, and chicken and sausage jambalaya. The Mardi Gras feast will be completed with the addition of King Cake to the dessert menu and $4 Hurricanes, a red cocktail recognized as the calling card of New Orleans' Bourbon Street.
