Federico Castellucci II, will host a meatball-making class at Sugo in Johns Creek. Guests will hear stories, enjoy a glass of wine, experience a meatball lesson and tasting, and receive recipe cards to take home. The Sugo meatball features a specialty sausage meatball stuffed with roasted tomatoes, caramelized onions, and dates, dressed with a tomato basil sauce. Please call or email for reservations.
