On Tuesday, April 9, Miller Union chef Steven Satterfield will serve up a three-course family-style supper to celebrate the spring season. Featuring spinach, radish and rhubarb salad; English pea hummus; roast leg of spring lamb; carrots and rutabagas; sautéed Swiss chard leaves and stems; slow-simmered cranberry beans; cheese gougeres; almond brown butter cake.
