Copeland's will celebrate Mother's Day 2013 with its New Holiday Dinner Buffet and annual holiday New Orleans, Live Jazz Brunch Buffet. A special holiday brunch buffet will be available from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with live jazz from 11-3 and a holiday dinner buffet from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. As always, the restaurant will offer its full menu throughout the day.
This year’s holiday dinner buffet will feature the Carving Station with roasted prime rib and honey ham, Shrimp Boat done traditionally and a Specialty Wing Bar. In addition to these featured stations, some of the many delicious options Copeland’s is serving include the Shrimp Popcorn, Chicken Fettuccine Sauce Piquant, Jambalaya and the Hickory Wood Grilled Chicken. Copeland’s is adding the Kid’s Corner this year, for both brunch and dinner buffets, serving chicken tenders, Mac n’ cheese and French fries while children under five (5) eat free.
Among the featured brunch items are Made to Order Omelets, Peel & Eat Shrimp and a prime rib carving station as well as all of the traditional New Orleans favorites.
The Grand Finale, for both the brunch and dinner buffets, will consist of an assortment of delicious desserts including the Chocolate Tower with Assorted Dippers, Fruit Cobbler and White Chocolate Bread Pudding.
