Profile - Mr. T.

A quick look at Atlanta’s fashion sense

Hair: There are many men who have long dreads in this world — and most of them should seriously consider a haircut. Fortunately, Kenyon is not among them. These well-maintained, neat and orderly locks are holy-shit-did-you-see-that-guy sexy.

T-shirt: Last year or so, Jane magazine’s “Do This Don’t” was to wear a T-shirt inside out. Dirty Looks always assumed that this never caught on due to many unfortunate memories of that trend in the ’90s. But upon close inspection of Mr. T’s chest, Dirty Looks realized that what she assumed was an interesting, graphic pattern was actually the exposed stitching of an inside-out tee. Somewhere underneath it reads “FBI Academy.” Kenyon didn’t realize the shirt was inside out until asked if it was a fashion statement.

Jeans: Kenyon chooses dreads because they are low maintenance and accidentally wore a T-shirt inside out. But when it comes to his jeans, he begrudgingly admits they are a pricey Bill Hallman purchase. He is also quick to add that they are so old he can’t remember the brand or how much he paid.

Shoes: Um, yeah, of course, they are Pumas. But before you accuse our friend of more flashy purchases, this pair was bought from his friend Chris Black in a Buckhead locale. He is, of course, not saying how much they cost him.
