Founded in 1998 by L.A. promoter David Bash, the traveling music festival INTERNATIONAL POP OVERTHROW gathers local bands in each city for a multiday blowout. The Atlanta version, set to unfold Wed.-Sat., FEB. 13-16, at Vinyl, is a four-day buffet of rock ‘n’ roll sounds. Each night’s lineup includes eight bands, from garage-rock groups such as the Shut-Ups to indie-pop bands such as Casper & the Cookies and King of Prussia (pictured). $10. 7:30 p.m. Vinyl, 1374 W.
