Music: Wilco

Fri., March 26

Heralded as "the world's most exciting rock band" by London's Sunday Telegraph, WILCO graces the stage at the Fox Theatre. Jeff Tweedy and Co. have been busy, dabbling in books alongside shows, and drummer Glenn Kotche was just in Atlanta performing with his side project Bang on a Can All-Stars back in January. Wilco fans are often diehard and strangely innovative. Cases in point: Wilco is the namesake of a new beer in California (Wilco Tango Foxtrot), and the folks at Sky Blue Sky Sandwich Co. in Toronto not only named their restaurant after a Wilco song, but the entire menu as well. Musically, Wilco spills into different categories and is usually at the center of heated discussion, but that's just part of their charm. $35. 8 p.m. 660 Peachtree St. 404-881-2100.
