Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest

June 15, 2013 — Cypress Street Pint & Plate was transformed into a hot dog-lovers paradise as it hosted a Nathan's hot dog eating contest. Contestants were given 10 minutes to consume as many hot dogs as they could without losing any in the process. Local Atlantans took the stage to see if they could to make it to Coney Island for the national finals on July 4. Professional competitive eater Adrian Morgan, of Baton Rouge, La., won first place after eating 38 hot dogs in the time allotted.
