The National Black Arts Festival held an artist’s market and outdoor festival in and around the Woodruff Arts Center on July 3. The Atlanta African Drum and Dance Festival took place at Moorehouse’s Archer Hall on Aug. 1 as part of the weekend’s NBAF festivities.
