The citizen advisory council, which also includes East Atlanta, Ormewood Park, and Benteen Park, makes recommendations to the Atlanta City Council and the mayor on such issues as zoning, business licenses, and event affecting the area. It meets the fourth Wednesday of every month at 7:30 p.m.
