In recognition of Veterans Day, and in collaboration with 3-D Readers, the Auburn Avenue Research Library will host "On the Front Lines: Letters by African Americans during the Civil War." This event will include dramatic readings and discussion on the historical context of authentic civil war correspondence written by, and about, African American soldiers.
