It’s that time of year again, and if you’re still looking for a party, here are a few that should help you ring in the new year right.

Without doubt, the Peach Drop is going to be the biggest party in the city. Underground Atlanta’s annual event draws more than 150,000 people every year and offers a day-long lineup of entertainment ranging from children’s activities to a performance from Collective Soul. For the swanky set, A night at the cotton club is the ticket of choice. Hosted by Ryan Cameron of V-103, the party channels the vibrance and culture of the 1930s Harlem nightclub. Admission includes dancing in the Fox Theatre’s undeniably fabulous ballrooms, complimentary food and champagne, and music from DJs Kemit, Mars and many others. $50-$100. For the redneck girls and guys, Wild Bill’s offers a big night of dancing to the music of Bill Gentry and the 35¢ Rodeo. Always popular party-throwers for the young and attractive, Spiral Entertainment hosts its New Year’s Eve party at the Biltmore Ballrooms. One of your friends likes hip-hop, another likes the sounds of sax and percussion, and yet another wants to go somewhere with house music. Beneath the Noise continues its tradition of offering all the sights and sounds your persnickety friends could want with its New Year’s Eve party at Compound.
