Pig & Pinot” will be held on Saturday, July 23, at Ray’s on the River under the tent from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. The cost is $35 per person and includes a tasting of five pinot varieties, as well as a selection of pork-inspired dishes including a slow-roasted whole pig, fingerling potato salad with warm bacon vinaigrette, bacon fat fried potato chips, Caesar salad with pork rind croutons, pork belly tacos, bacon bit brownies and much more.
